Since I don't drink milk, nettle leaf was recommended to me to get my calcium. I make an infusion of this in a large tea pot; strain it and the pot lasts me about two days. Each day I drink two tall glasses over ice with a squeeze of lemon. I have more energy and vitality than I have in a long time--probably because stinging nettle is loaded with other vitamins. And--I am taking care of my calcium needs without taking a pill supplement, which can cause hard and brittle bones. Stinging nettle keeps women "juicy" and their bones strong as well as supple!
